I was contacted quickly after I applied on-line and called in for an interview. It was a great interview and they recognized my potential immediately. I was asked about my career goals and if I was looking to advance in the company. No surprising questions, easy, fun interview.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
