Short and sweet. Asked me why I wanted to work there. What I could contribute. What my goals were and asked about a few customer service scenarios. INTERVIEW was easy and relaxed.

Question 1
If you saw a customer who wanted a specific product that we didn't carry but a competitive store did, what would you do?
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
