Interview
This was a group interview with about 10 girls and competitive answers. You are interviewed by 3 different managers one including the general manager of the store. The interview takes place in the back room.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
