I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty in Oct 2015
Interview
Very pleasant and straight to the point interview. Luckily the interviewer (the store manager) is a very friendly and casual person, and made me feel comfortable and that my time was spent valuably! Unlike other interviews I've been to where they make you feel like you are just wasting their time and don't give you a fair interview.
