I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Fort Wayne, IN) in Feb 2016

Interview

The first interview was a phone interview that caught me off guard since I was just returning a missed call. But it went well. The second interview was at the salon and again they caught me off guard and had me do a facial. They asked the usual situational questions and friendly chit chat.They ended up calling me. couple days later and offered me the position.
