Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us all the same questions so I made sure to answer first. It was easy. They asked all the typical interview questions related to customer service and previous experience.

Desribe a time when you went out of your way to provide excellence customer service.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
