Applied online received call back within a couple of days. Basic retail questions. Must be prepared to answer previous management experience. Overall the GM was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the interview.
Pretty straight forward , typical questions, not very difficult. Only one interview, not multiple interviews. Job was offered within a couple days. Interview experience will definitely depend on who is doing the interviewing and how experienced they are.
Easy and friendly, I was made to feel comfortable and it was quick and cordial. Pretty standard retail type interview. Professional. Questions were neither too personal or too difficult. Easy to come up examples to fit scenarios asked. I felt good vibes from the two managers I met with.
