Started with Initial Phone Interview. No one on one interview was ever conducted, I interviewed in a group of 5 other candidates. They were hiring for 3 spots. It was unorganized, and I felt they would have had a better process if they did one on one first, as one of the girls was absolutely not a fit and they could have had someone else in that group interview spot. The interview was in the back stock room, so it was distracting as employees ran around and radios went off, and the manager interviewing us was the only one on staff that day, so she had to keep getting up to help customers - leaving the interviewees alone in the stock room.

It was a three step interview with three employees in the merchandise department. Interviewing with each professional allowed me to learn more about ULTA, it's core goals and culture. It was an overall enjoyable interview.
