Prior to being offered the Prestige Lead position, I was already working as a Prestige Manager for another location. Basically, I moved internally within the company to launch a Cosmetic line new merger. I was referred by my GM to interview for the position and a few other people with similar positions as I. I had to go through a 3-step interview process. First over-the-phone with the Store GM. Second, face-to-face with the DM and the regional manager. Third, was face-to-face in a hotel conference room where I met with one of the top Lancome Professionals and the Prestige Buyer for the company.
