Ulta Beauty Sales Manager interview questions

They don’t explain job requirements very clearly. The position is basically pointless, they have about 4 other managers and for this specific position you do nothing but walk around, very boring, you’re basically a key holder.

Had a face to face interview, with a manager in store which went very well. Then had a follow up phone interview with GM to share more about myself which also went well. Lastly had next interview set up to interview with phone with RM.
