I went through a multistage interview process for a Contracts Manager role. There was an initial recruiter call followed by two separate 60 minute interviews.
Every interview was very professional, engaged and generous with their time. The team seemed very nice.
The negative experience came with recruiting. There seems to be a break down in communication. I was told I would hear back by a certain numerous times but I did not unless I followed up. However, even when I followed up as requested I did not hear back for days (almost a week). I ultimately did not receive an offer but I had to figure that out after not hearing back for two (after I was told I would hear back after 2-3 days).
