They had no idea what they were hiring for, which made sense when I realized they were only trying to get free consulting. They were trying to develop a “pie in the sky” position to bring in more work with zero idea how to actually do that. So in order to find out they posted the position to get people who would know into the interview room. Complete waste of time for the interviewees, loads of free ideas for the interviewer. I would have been furious had it been in person and I wasted my day to travel. If there actually was a job, I feel bad for the sucker who gets it.

How would you get this off the ground? What would you do to get everyone trained? What would you offer? Etc, anything that asks what an expert would do to make their business happen.
