Very simple, mostly an attempt to check how strong your mentality is due to the high amount of stress this job causes. this department constantly goes through changes every month. Also they will try to be supper serious you have to make sure you stay positive. Also make sure you come dressed business professional.

Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
