Interview
I received a phone call for a pre-screening from the recruiter after I was referred by a former employee and she scheduled me to come in for a group interview. The group interview consisted of a panel of a few managers as well as the recruiter and a Human Resources Representative along with 20-30 interviewees in one room. The managers called on people at random and asked questions and they had name plates in front of us and were observing our demeanor, dress, appearance and if we gave eye contact or stood up when introducing ourselves etc. They also had our resumes in their hands and were looking over them as they observed us. Within 10 minutes of leaving, I received a call that I was offered the position.
Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
