I was referred to UMA through a friend who I worked with before. I was contacted by a recruiter to do a phone interview, she was very friendly and helpful. I came in to do a group interview, again my recruiter was there with me when i arrived, giving me pointers and let me know what to expect. You go into a "panel interview as a group. They call your name, you stand up, introduce yourself and give your work history. If they have questions, they will ask you. You sit and the next name is called. If you go in relaxed, confident and outgoing. This process is not difficult at all. They called me to let me know I needed to come in and meet with a DOA, I came back in for another interview with the DOA, he was very friendly, helpful, even walked me around to show me the floor. All in all, it was a very pleasant interview process. The recruiter does a good job at prepping you with the steps so you can feel more relaxed :)

You are herded in like cattle for group interview. They don't care about your experience, or talent. It is the most humiliating experience you will know. You are a number.
