I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ultimate Medical Academy (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Group interview with a group of 20 plus people. You are requested to talk about your experience in front of the entire room. Awkward! It gets worst. You are then singled out for a second interview with a manager on the floor. Then you are told rather or not you got the job. Very strange method and uncomfortable for some as their experience wasn't equivalent to others.

Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
