Applied and was called within 48 hours to come in for an interview. The first stage initially appeared to be a group interview but was actually a panel interview with 2 coaches. After which I interviewed with a department supervisor which went well. Then met with an HR Rep that informed me that they wanted to hire me.

Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
