Interview
"Open House" Group interview with 2 interviewers. Interviewers asked each of the 12 job candidates questions then left room to make hiring decision. Came back in and asked about a third of the candidates to stay for some additional interviewing. Advised us that we are hired as long as we pass our background check. Interviewers were very upbeat and positive.
Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
