The first step after you reply is you will get a call from a recruiter and they will do a small phone interview. The second step is a large group interview at the Tampa or Clearwater campus. It was me and 45 people to start off with and they took copies of my resume and lead us to one room where they talked about how working at UMA will be like and they seemed pretty honest. So honest that half the people left during the break they gave us. They really stressed that this job is only for a certain type of person. They then split us up into two groups and asked the number one interview question "why should we hire you?" followed by a few other questions depending on your response. After everyone answers the question they take like 5 minutes to deliberate and they call the people's names that will continue on and dismiss those who didn't make the cut. The third part of the interview process was simply doing paperwork at the HR campus where they take your picture for your ID and get a void check and stuff.
