They are expecting growth and trying to staff a great number of positions. Initially was a group interview, there were 6 of us. They were expecting 20 people to show thought. .The VP interviewed 6 of us with various questions such as "what are your strenghts and Tell me a joke". The day I went in they were also hiring for their Admissions Team, so their HR dept was busy that day. That day our group of 6 did not get second interviews. They left us with call us tommorrow, I am guessing becuase they had such a busy day. Seemed like a friendly nice place, they were just busy and almost burned out that day.
