Interview
It started with an email sent to me saying they have an open house event they wanted me to attend. I went and it was a group interview of about 15 candidates and 1 interviewer. I think this is a terrible way to interview someone but what are you going to do? So, then I left and received a phone interview the next day and we did a role play for about 15 minutes. I was sent in for a final interview with the director of career services. They gave me the position 5 minutes later.

Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
