The interview team has worked hard to create an objective interview process. They let you interview in whichever way is most comfortable for you. I did a phone call. I know some people got a list of questions, and were able to type out their answers. You aren't judged based on how you personally come across in the interview, so if you feel awkward in social situations, that won't count against you. It was the best interview process I've ever been a part of!
