This year, our average time-to-hire is 44.5 days (meaning it takes 44.5 days on average from the time a candidate first applies for a job to when they receive a job offer). Clearly, we want this number to be lower and the recruiting process to be shorter, and we’re working on making sure that the process doesn’t take much longer for even a single job applicant. Linked inside the job description/posting is a Recruitment Overview document outlining our recruitment process, company benefits, and availability of accommodations upon request. Our recruitment process has been designed to be as objective as possible by blending interviews with assessments. Such a process does require some additional time. At each stage, candidates are informed about their next step and an anticipated timeline. Email follow up with the recruitment team is always welcomed and responses are sent in a timely manner.
