I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Umbra
Interview
It was a grueling process. I was interviewed for two teams. It didn't seem like they knew what they want. They seem to prefer to hire Koreans though, so bonus points for being Korean or knowing how to speak the language.

Question 1
They gave me some design assignments. I had to sketch some products.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Umbra (Toronto, ON) in May 2016
Interview
I did an initial interview on the phone. The woman in HR was very nice and forth coming about how Umbra functions as a company. I was asked some usual questions about my experience with package design. I made it to an in person interview with the creative director who was also very nice and easy going. We kind of did the usual designer interview in which my portfolio is reviewed. There was time for me to ask any questions as well in both situations. I am still waiting to here back from them at this point, their process takes a while.
