Very thorough and scenario-based. Casual and non-threatening. Disappointed in timely decision-making. After one month of promises with "we'll be in touch," finally wrote them off as being too immature in their processes. They definitely have an opportunity to tighten this up. Once they're no longer the "poster child" of cool employers in the area, they'll be losing good candidates due to the delays.

This interview process was largely a hurry up and wait approach. Companies like this definitely need to work on their communication with candidates. Timeliness was okay but it was often misleading. I received positive and overly promising messages throughout the process and even after the last interview but waited for a long time to hear back based on how the first part of the process went. I finally received a communication that they were going in a different direction. I think this company has promise but is really unclear in what they’re offering and hire for cultural fit.
