I initially received an email solicitation that they were hiring. After I replied, I received a phone call describing the Role, Responsibilities, Job Requirements, and Qualifications. I expressed interest in the position and requested a meeting to learn more about their product, services, success stories, and company culture. Their CEO (Co-Founder) spent over an hour educating me about their training, consulting, and platform. In addition, we were able to spend time discussing my Experience, Skills, and Education relevant to their vacancy. After our meeting, I was really excited about the opportunity and then interviewed with their Chief Product Officer (Co-Founder), Marketing Manager, and HR Manager. After several emails, phone calls and a face-to-face interview, they requested a Final Test aka "Business Development Challenge". The challenge involved a scenario-based 90 minute presentation using the materials and knowledge I gained during the interview process. A few days after my presentation, I received an offer! From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with their Leadership, Professionalism, Knowledge, Process, Success Stories and Talent!
