Unbridled has a reputation of excellence in the industry and they carry it through to their interview process as well. While some candidates may be surprised at the more invested interview process (7 hours total in the process), I felt invested in and known. As I have begun to work here, there is a different level of confidence I feel because they took the time to truly know me and my skills and it is not just because I may have interviewed well. They really seems to look for teach-ability, investment, and a people-focused fit. (I think because this is a new position that works so much with all departments that it was more thorough, but it was none the less a great experience.) Nina, who is their hiring manager, felt more like an advocate than someone who knew she had influence and power in whether or not I needed up working with them. She kept me up to date and was available and prompted when I had questions.
