Had multiple job interviews and in the last one the people interviewing me didn't even know my name and seemed to have made up a decision about me before the interview began. There were three rounds of interviews. Some of which were with one person and others were with up to 3. All interviews were done over video call. The early interviews were pretty standard questions such as "what are your top 3 strengths?"
