Applied online and asked to submit a video interview. Contacted almost 2 months later stating they aren’t sure of staffing needs and put me on hold. A few days later was contacted about an opening and scheduled an in person interview, only for that interview to be cancelled the day before. Received an e-mail two months later stating I was no longer being considered for any positions. I found the whole process to be dragged out and unprofessional with a lot of back and forth and a lack of communication between different departments in their organization.

Recruiter is very efficient and polite. They tend to interview candidates first before confirming any openings. Had a phone interview but there was no opening in the area I was looking at. I eventually got an interview with a school after following up with the recruiter but the school's needs changed and they were no longer hiring.
