Interview
First you submit your application. They will do an initial phone interview with you and then pass on your application to the schools looking to hire for that position. If they like your application and the interview notes, then they will invite you the school to interview with two principals and conduct a short lesson.
I personally will not be moving forward onto the next steps. Uncommon has a very data-driven approach to their teaching and when I asked about it I was told (more or less) 'data is the only way we can make sure that our students are learning and that our curriculum is working' which is antithetical to my approach to education.

What skills do you have that would make you a good/bad teacher? What skills/weaknesses do you have? (this was worded in a weird way that I started talking about experiences that prepared me only to be cut off and asked simply to list skills that I had).

Submit the usual resume requirements. Then take the students midterm in person and present a 15 min pre constructed lesson from the unit to leadership. Mine was filmed in an empty classroom and included a glow/grow and redo section that wasn't to par (see how you handle feedback)
