Everyone I met was kind and welcoming. They are serious about the mission which was reflected in most people I encountered at Uncommon.
As many other interviewees have stated they are looking for a very specific profile of person. They were kind enough to let me know why they passed on my candidacy. After hours of interviewing they had flagged such a specific and detailed reason . Perhaps there was more that she didn't share but it struck me as odd that they decide on such a small misstep in one seemingly benign response over 5 hours of positive conversations and activities.
