Very easy process. The manager reached out to schedule an in person interview just a few days after applying online. Very informal, interviewed with a few people at a time. It was pretty much just a conversation amongst the group where the asked a few questions about past experiences and why you'd be good on the job.

It was easy, made me feel very comfortable. Also we sat outside the store to have a one on one interview. I was just basically talking about my active lifestyle and i hope i am willing to help others on their journey , because that is what UA is about
Went to the back room and sat down with the store manager where he proceeded to ask you the basic interview questions. He then asked me about my hobbies and we clicked on one thing. I then proceeded to try to make the rest of the interview as much about that as possible.
