Long and poor communication between recruiter and individuals. I had to wait months between contact and was told the status would not be known until end of April. At that point it is very late in the internship process.
Thank you for sharing your experience and I’m sorry to hear this! I will definitely share this feedback with the team as we always strive to keep the lines of communication open between candidates and recruiters.

Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
