I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied to the 2018 Rookie Summer League Internship after Thanksgiving break (currently in the process of the 2019 one now). I got an email back telling me to fill out a quick google survey and I did so. Then weeks later I received another email asking me to use a provided link to complete an online recorded interview. A month or so later I heard back that they were still interested and still looking at applications and to submit another survey saying if I was still available or not. I ended up hearing back mid April that I didn't get it. The whole process is very long and there is many steps but its not difficult. The recorded interview can be a little weird because you watch yourself do it.
HireVue - a video interview where the questions are pre-recorded & then you answer shortly after. You have about 5 questions you go through before the interview is over
