      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UniSea in Jun 2007

      Interview

The interview process was held for about 4 hours. Initialy, we watched an orientation movie about Alaska, and the type of work we would do. A lengthy application followed, then a one to one interview was performed. The 'promise' that was communicated to us, was that one will be able to make a lot of money in a few short months. Not quite, this is the fisheries.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UniSea (Dutch Harbor, AK) in Sep 2020

      Interview

The interview process was very easy, they just asked me basic questions. Personally I did everything online and didn't even speak to anyone. Communication was clear and to the point.
