Started with a phone screen with a recruiter who was very kind. Interviewed with the Head of the People Team from London who looked at themself in zoom for the full interview rather than engaging in conversation. After not hearing anything back I reached out and received an email to set up a time to talk and was ghosted by the company after a couple follow ups. Overall very poorly conducted interview process.
