Interview
The recruiter was friendly. Provided a good rundown of the company and future 2024 goals and what the prior year looked like. From there I was given the opportunity to discuss my previous experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unibuddy (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process is automated using team tailor, they are very poor at replying. The interview wasn’t particularly challenging however they rejected with no feedback, despite the interview going well and the hiring manager saying he really liked me and thought I would fit in.
They had poor communication, I asked the for the structure of the interview beforehand and they ignored my email.
The concept looks interesting, however the fact they ignore your emails shows it probably isn’t a great organisation to work for. Personally, I would avoid companies who can’t be bothered to answer questions before an interview and then send an automated rejection after your have passed several stages.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unibuddy (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Fair process. Met with talent recruiter and then was passed onto the Sales Manager. We had an interview and then I had additional conversations so he took the time to interview me again. Then had a presentation before final interview.
