Applied online and was asked to interview within a week of applying. Interview was moreso a job presentation for a group of 30+ applications they asked. Asked us to prepare to stay approximately 2 hours. As the presentation went on and job and expectations were communicated applicants started leaving, I was one of them that left after about an hour in. A more organized company would have just did some phone screening instead of having people waste their time traveling to and sitting through a presentation for a job that didn't align with the job posting. I'm sure this company has horrible turnover; if the application process is a nightmare it's all but guaranteed actually working there will be as well.
