The interview process revolved around several separate interviews, conducted by the CEO and three employees from different departments. Each interview took about half an hour and consisted of a question-and-answer style chat, all in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The questions started off very generic and were predominately scenario-based. Each interviewer was polite and welcoming and clearly felt excited about the company.
