I applied online. I interviewed at UnifyID (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I first had a technical phone call with one of the engineers.
Then I was sent a coding challenge that I completed online.
After a couple of days I was invited onsite.
Initially it was a very formal interview, after they asked me for previous projects I actually just showed my Github account. We spent the next couple of hours just having fun talking about my code. The CEO (the person interviewing me) is very technical and loves programming. He actually gave me advice on how to improve my code after only looking at it for a couple of minutes!
