I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Naples)
Interview
Had my interview at the start of 2016 at Naples Plant for the UFLP - Supply chain. First thing is the case studies: they give you 2 different cases one more general and one more focusing on the supply chain. Time is quite short so you should be fast in writing down your conclusion on the A1 papers they give you which you will use later to present your results to one of the interviewers in 2-10 minutes presentations. Most important thing is that you present with impact and confidence and that you understood the issue. This is probably the only difficult part of the interview.
Right after you have the motivational interview: nothing special here just the same as I did in other jobs applications.
At the end you have the group discussion where you should try to point out the important points of the business case. Quite surprisingly they don't give you any feedback at all at the end of the discussion but they just let you go.
Phone screening is actually just a call to ask you some personal stuff but they told me at the start of the call that I was invited to the assesment center.
Very importantly after more than one month they didn't give any feedback, good or bad, about the interview even if they stated very clearly that they would give us an answer by the end of the following week.
Overall it wasn't a very exciting experience.. they seemed at all not interested in what you would assume it would be important for people working in Unilever and also not very professional.. they said they would offer a taxi at the end of the interview to tak us back to the city center but at the end they didn't even offer it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They don't ask you anything about the online application (also very surprisingly!) but just ask the very classical questions: what made you apply to Unilever? tell me about a time where....? ..that kind of stuff
A bunch of questions and tests in the beginning that was clearly screened by AI/computer. Only then you get the opportunity to answer difficult questions in a video but got rejected

Question 1
explain a situation where you had to work in groups
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was easy, just onlien assessments in the beginning but I did not pass after. It is personality questions, like which would u prefer between options, for example, working using new techniques or tested techniques.

They asked questions to test how you think and your personality.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Unilever (Sydney) in Aug 2025
Interview
There were 4 questions in total. 3 short questions and 1 long question. For the last question you are given 5 minutes to answer and it is based on the stream that you applied to.
