Interview
I initially applied for UFLP Customer Development position, but then I failed after final interview, and offered for direct hire selection.
The UFLP process is standard, we can read in Unilever website. The final stage is assessment day. I did really well in business case presentation, quite well in FGD, but not quite well in final interview. The process for direct hire is just user interview with a director. After that, medical check up. One week after MCU, I got an offering letter.
