I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever

      Interview

I had applied online through their talent portal and everyone I know who had applied for this position, got a video interview link. The video interview consisted of 10 questions which require video responses mostly asking for examples to scenarios.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Q1.Which is your favorite Unilever brand and why? Q2. Recount an initiative you took to improve customer experience? Also give the impact? Q3. Okay, so keeping your experience into perspective why don’t you tell me of a time when you came up with a fresh and innovative idea to grow your business? And also share the impact of that idea? Q4. Can you give an example of a time when you delegated a major task to a team member? How did you develop them as a professional? Q5. Can you give an example of a time when your team did not deliver? What did you do about underperformance? Q6. Can you give an example if you have very little information and a short response time? How did you respond in that situation? (Also a friend of mine got this question) Can you recount an example when you had to stretch yourself? Q7. Can you recount an example when there is a lack of responsibility being shown by the teams you work with? How did you handle it? Q8. Why do you want to work for Unilever? Q9. What are the differences between marketing collateral of traditional sales channel and E-commerce channel? Q10. What are the possible opportunities available for Sunsilk E-commerce strategy?
