I directly contacted the HR for a graduate role in Finance.He was quick to respond and arranged an interview for me in a day as they needed someone urgently. The interview was one of my worst experiences.The interviewer was quick to judge me as incompetent only because I took some time to understand his vague questions .He asked me irrelevant math and excel formulas and didnt look satisfied even though i answered them well. He seemed condescending and I felt like he was looking for someone very experienced and skilled and not an intern as he was not interested in training me.Didnt hear back after that.
