I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Rotterdam) in May 2019
Interview
1. Master + English level
2. Pymetrics test
3. Video interview (takes about one hour)
4. Experience Day at HQ Rotterdam (Weena). The day is more focused on what you actually can do (e.g. quickly come to conclusions), rather than who you are as a person. My personal interview only lasted 25 minutes in which very superficial questions were being asked by the director. As a result, very limited feedback after having received no offer. In general, I really missed the personal touch and interest into the applicant during this day. In addition, no women were involved in the decision-making process and present during the assessment day as interviewers. The day itself is very well prepared and organized with interesting cases and insights.
First level interview is with HR to make sure the role is suitable and then 2nd level will be with hiring manager. It is a smooth process and HR are friendly. Hiring manager asked all relatable questions with the works. Overall experience are pleasing and everyone are friendly.
It was an above average interview asked situational questions about leadership the company and yourself prepare well no why you want you to leave what the company is all about in the industry itself
its comprehensive and fun also we need to hear everyone’s statement so yeah thats great for us, it takes like 20-30 minutes for the whole process very very nice and great and helpfull
