First of all there was a shortlisting based on your cv they look for a high cgpa. After that there were two rounds of interview a technical interview and a hr interview.in technical interview they ask from your projects and interview.i qualified the technical round. after that in hr round they will ask u why hul n some general hr questions.they are hiring girls in this profile.
Well-structured and informative. Communication from recruiting team was clear. Scheduling was handled efficiently. Interview questions were relevant to the role and allowed for good assessment of technical skills. Created a welcome environment and provided opportunities to ask questions.
I took a part in UFLP competition on the role os supply chain manager. I took a part in interview and business case solving activities. There were several participants and we were collectively solving a business case on different theme. Mine was like "if I had a million dollars" and then I described how I spent it on company's development activities.
