Video interview with set questions. You were given approximately 3 mins to prepare and then record your answer which was also time limited. The final question was a longer case study with additional documents for you to study and prepare to give marketing advice for a particular product.

You are invited to work on a new project developing the marketing of a certain Dove product how would you manage your time commitments in order so as to incorporate this extra work into your pre-existing priorities and targets?
Like any standard grad scheme first its the Online Application Stage then Psychometric Tests, if successful then its the Video Interview and if successful again, you're invited to the Assessment Centre.

Naming one of brands, how can you make one of their products more sustainble/ create a more sustainable product. Tell us about yourself. Why Unilever?
it isn´t easy but they test various aspects such as how you work with others in a group stage and how you self-reflect in a reflection stage. they also test commerial understand and the ability to be adaptable
Video Interview. 2 questions and case study which was about choosing between 2 diff options for a campaign. First questions were about the company itself and your opinions. Didn't take too long but requires prior research.
