It was a several step process as I first had to complete some games under a time limit. Then perform a video interview answering questions concerning views on productivity, safety, and work culture. The final question of that interview gave me a situational problem where I had to explain what I would do to ensure the customer and efficiently solve the problem. Once that was done, I was contacted to do a face to face interview at their headquarters in New Jersey. At their HQ, I was asked several situational questions and performed in a group to solve a quality and HR problem developing in one of their subsidiaries. Towards the end, I was interviewed by different individual about myself and character before the day ended.
