The entire process was on Hirevue. There was a personality quiz and a couple of hirevue games. And then, there is a pre-recorded interview which is followed by a campus tour before the company makes an offer

Some questions related to personal experience would be asked, and then some skilful questions and how much interest in the position and company, finally there would be a chance to ask question back.
After submitting my resume, I was immediately given an email to do the IQ test they have made. I had to play 3 mini games, which was similar to that of IBMs. I don't know if the system passes every person, but I passed. Then I got a similar mail to test my EQ, and after that I got the interview email. For the interview I had to solve 4 business problems(which didn't require me to code anything) concerning Unilevers brands.
