I applied online, did the psychometric tests which consisted of Numerical, Literacy and Logical. After passing this stage I was scheduled onto a telephone interview. The interview was structured and formal, the lady I spoke to was very pleasant.

Individual interview on campus and then an invitation for a super day interview. At the super day I interviewed with 3 different managers and also was involved in a group case discussion. Their was also a brief phone screen. Overall a challenging process but impossible.
